We have great pleasure in inviting you to the Ganga Operative Arthroplasty Course 2008.  The acceptance of joint replacement surgery in Indian patients is fast increasing with more and more severely arthritic patients being benefitted from this procedure. While the quality of life dramatically improves following surgery, the patient's expectations from the surgical procedure is also increasing.  The outcome is heavily dependant on the surgical technique and it is very important to learn the art and science from the masters in this field.

The Operative Arthroplasty Course will have more than 20 joint replacement surgeries covering the entire spectrum of arthroplasty procedures transmitted live. These surgeries will be performed by renowned international and national faculty members who will share their wealth of experience and provide tips to avoid complications and improve outcome.  Other highlights of the course will include debates on controversial topics, pre-operative planning sessions, discussion on challenging cases, workshop sessions and trade exhibit from all leading companies.

Coimbatore, an industrial hub, is also well known for its educational institutions, pleasant weather, friendly culture and exceptional hospitality. It is also the gateway to famous hill stations, beaches and attractive tourist destinations.
